17+ years
of social work with children and families in difficult life circumstances

Together Charity Foundation
Together is a Ukrainian charity foundation whose team has been working since 2009 with children and young people growing up in environments where opportunity is limited.
We create safe spaces, provide psychological support, and open pathways to high-quality education for children, young people, and families navigating complex realities. We are not a short-term humanitarian response. We are a long-term investment in Ukraine’s next generation — in their safety, their education, and their capacity to rebuild. We believe that where you start should not determine where you can go.

Fully funded international education for Ukrainian youth
The Right to Education programme provides Ukrainian youth with access to academic programmes in the United Kingdom and across Europe, including study opportunities hosted at Oxford colleges, as well as longer-term educational pathways across Europe.
Participation is fully funded and covers tuition, accommodation and meals.
Each year, the programme offers a limited number of places to participants selected through a competitive process. Selection is based not only on academic achievement, but on motivation and the ability to create meaningful impact — within their communities, in Ukraine and beyond.
Participants study alongside peers from around the world, choose their field of focus — from science, law and business to technology and the arts — and gain exposure that shapes how they think, how they operate and how they see their future.
This is not simply education — it is an environment that changes the trajectory of a life

Our work began in 2009. Today, Together Charity Foundation has brought this experience into a defined, long-term system of action.
Our team has extensive experience working with children, young people and families navigating complex life circumstances with limited access to opportunity.
We create safe environments, provide psychological support and open access to international education — grounded in the belief that a child’s starting point should not define their future. You can learn more about our work and initiatives in Our Projects.
We are not a short-term humanitarian response. We are a long-term investment in Ukraine’s next generation — in their safety, their education and their capacity to rebuild.
Our model combines our own resources with partner contributions, allowing us to preserve independence, maintain quality and focus on long-term outcomes.
We operate with full financial accountability and a clearly defined governance structure. Our work is overseen by a Supervisory Board, and all key processes — from decision-making to programme delivery — are structured and controlled.
We publish annual financial and impact reports reflecting both the use of funds and the outcomes achieved. For us, transparency is not procedural — it is foundational.
We make both results and processes visible, ensuring that every stakeholder understands how impact is created and how each contribution is applied.
We have built a model in which the overwhelming majority of resources are directed into programmes — education, psychological support and safe environments for children and young people.
This is enabled by the team’s level of personal commitment: most roles, including leadership, operate on a voluntary basis. This allows us to maintain minimal administrative costs without compromising quality.
Each programme is structured, outcome-driven and measurable. We provide regular updates to ensure clarity not only on delivery, but on impact.
Our principle is simple: contributions must not dissipate within process — they must translate into tangible outcomes.
Where relevant, contributions may be directed to specific programme areas, depending on donor preference. Further details are available under the “Support our work” section on our website.
Yes. Any child living in Ukraine may apply to participate in Together programmes.
We work with children and young people whose access to opportunity has been limited — often by war, displacement or complex life circumstances. At the same time, we consider not only context, but individual motivation.
Selection is based on readiness to learn, engage and use the opportunities provided. We look for individuals prepared to grow, take responsibility and work towards meaningful outcomes.
Participation is fully funded. The selection process is designed to ensure fair access for those ready to commit.
No. Participation is fully funded.
We cover all programme costs through a combination of internal resources and partner support, ensuring that financial circumstances are not a barrier.
Participation requires a different form of commitment — the willingness to engage fully, to learn and to make use of the opportunities provided.
The process begins with an application, focused on motivation, interests and readiness to participate.
In selected cases, this is followed by a short interview to better understand potential and level of engagement.
We do not prioritise academic performance alone. What matters is motivation, capacity to work, openness to learning and the ability to translate opportunity into outcome.
The process is designed to identify individuals ready to take responsibility for their development.
There are multiple ways to engage with Together, depending on your experience, interests and capacity.
Further detail is available under the “Support our work” section on our website.
Engagement may include financial support, corporate partnership, opening internship pathways for programme participants or contributing through volunteering.
We work with individuals and organisations aligned with our approach and ready to engage in a meaningful way. The scale of contribution is secondary to its quality and intent.
All forms of collaboration are structured, with a clear understanding of how contributions translate into measurable outcomes.
Yes. Geography is not a barrier to engagement.
We work with international partners, donors and volunteers, with several formats allowing for remote involvement — including mentorship, coordination, communications and project support.
Engagement is defined by your expertise, experience and level of commitment. What matters is responsibility and a shared understanding of the outcomes we are building.
Further details are available under the “Get Involved” section on our website.
We connect those who have experience with those who have a dream.
Your involvement can take many forms — each one matters.
